Q- How often do you recommend therapy? A- Recommended sessions are typically weekly, especially initially when starting therapy. However, the frequency of sessions is ultimately up to you and your availability. You and your therapist may decide to increase or decrease the frequency of your visits based on progress, need, or preference.

Q- What is your cancellation policy? A-We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Q- How do I know if therapy is right for me? A-You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people seek therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, stressed, or simply want support or clarity. Therapy can help you understand patterns, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. If you’re unsure, a first session or consultation can help you decide if it feels like a good fit.
