Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one space where you can slow down and explore what’s happening in your inner world at your own pace. Sessions are shaped around your needs, goals, and lived experience—whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, or simply feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy isn’t about being fixed or told what to do; it’s about being supported as you develop greater understanding, resilience, and self-trust.

In therapy, we pay attention not only to thoughts and emotions, but also to patterns, relationships, and the nervous system. Together, we work to help you feel safer in your body, more grounded in the present, and more connected to yourself and others. Individual therapy can support healing, growth, and meaningful change while honoring your strengths, boundaries, and the parts of you that have helped you survive.
