How long will therapy take?

Weekly to start, then we adjust to what your life allows. Some people come for a few months, others longer. The pace is yours.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Sessions happen by secure video anywhere in Utah and Washington, or in person at the Provo office. Many clients mix the two.

The first session is a relaxed conversation about what's going on and whether we fit. There's no pressure either way, and no obligation to book again.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee.
