MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Meet Calie
Calie Adams, LCSW
Northlight Counseling, Provo
I believe healing happens best in spaces where you feel safe, understood and not rushed. I work with adults, teens 16+ and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense but still feel hard to change. My approach is grounded, relational and trauma-informed, drawing on EMDR, clinical hypnosis, ACT, CBT and the Gottman Method. You do not need to perform, explain everything perfectly or be “ready” in a certain way. My role is to offer a steady presence, thoughtful guidance and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
“You can move at a pace that feels manageable without losing sight of where you want to go.”
